Then come and join our global team as a Customer Service Education Business Manager based in Melbourne.  You will manage and lead the Education Services support functions, focusing on strategy execution and developing new revenue channels. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Service and Operations to ensure that our internal and external customer obligations are achieved.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategy for Customer Education Services portfolio (DI/AT/US/DX), utilising global ONE Education offerings and methodologies.

Develop and execute a marketing plan for Customer Education Services.

Manage and lead the Education Services team, including supporting their development and providing regular feedback sessions regarding performance.

Responsibility for existing education infrastructure (i.e.. Siemens Healthineers Academy & Satellite Academy). Ensuring that relevant hardware and software is up to date and able to support education functions.

Collaborate with Business Lines across DI/AT/US/DX to develop and execute appropriate customer training.

Manage financial reporting responsibilities in conjunction with Education Service Commercial Partner.

Develop support and marketing plan for PEPconnect and PEPconnections (Siemens Healthineers Education online programs), considering both internal and external customers. Continue to develop and execute a content creation plan.

Participate in any management training available, such as People Excellence and GROWS coaching.

Ensuring adherence to EH&S standards and maintaining a focus on fatigue and safety when scheduling tasks for team members. Work towards building a safer work environment and consult with team members when creating schedules to consider fatigue as a key risk.

Your qualifications, experience and attributes:

You will have a Degree/Diploma in Medical Imaging (or equivalent), experience and/or knowledge of relevant technologies and/or applications in different markets are helpful plus experience in training.  Previous experience in management is desirable.  Experience in project management is desirable.

Willing to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand and to attend training, seminars and conferences internationally. 

Evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
