The Challenge

Embark on your year placement whilst taking part in our phenomenal internship development programme. We’ll build an individual training plan to help you develop the specific skills and knowledge required for your role. By the end of it you’ll be set up with great knowledge to equip you for a professional career within Siemens.

  • Support, innovate and manage new Learning and Development (L&D) projects across Siemens UK
  • Manage the roll-out L&D activities, working with the HR community
  • Build and deliver effective communications plans
  • Design communications materials and work with our communications team
  • Work with learning colleagues to build and implement great, new ideas for L&D
  • Analyse and manage data to provide meaningful insights into L&D activity

You will be studying towards a Business, Human Resources, Sociology or Psychology related degree working towards a 2:1 or above and looking to complete a 13-month Internship as part of your degree. Having a strong interest in a career in Human Resources, especially relating to Learning and Development.

A good communicator, with the ability to build relationships and have excellent organisational skills. You will have a strength in managing projects to deliver to deadlines. Creative and innovative and keen to contribute with new ideas.
