For Siemens Healthineers, within the Service Execution Organization, the Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for driving Customer satisfaction through excellent delivery of the installation, configuration and repair assigned tasks.
Your mission and responsibilities:
You will be responsible to Install, Configure and Maintain Healthcare Diagnostic Equipment with particular reference to traditional and digital radiology systems, within the designated area (Center taly)
Ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets;
Work with Project Management and Application Specialist in order to successfully implement complex solutions
Work with local team to delight Customers;
Interact with the Customer Care Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues;
Report in a timely manner all potential issue to the Dedicated Complaint Unit;
Comply with Health and safety, Environment and HR regulations
You will have a Customers face to face relationship

Your qualifications and experiences:
At least 1-3 years experience as Customer Service Engineers within the Imaging Healthcare Industry.
Degree in electronic / biomedical engineering or technical diploma;
Digital Healthcare equipments general knowledge
Basic knowledge of Radiology equipments will be considered a plus
Knowledge of MS ambient, networking and IT Hardware will be appreciated.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across Italy as needed;
Fluent in english (written and verbally)
