Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking a talented Commercial controller with his/her responsibility for budget planning, financial planning, actual-versus-plan-analysis, benchmarking, forecasting and reporting activities, for the management of an assigned organization unit.



What are my responsibilities?

  • Planning and calculating yearly budgets for Production and R&D related CC/PC

  • Monthly forecasts during the year.

  • Performs Actual vs. Plan analysis and control of agreed measures.

  • Calculation of product standard costing and pricing.

  • Analyzing root causes of and reporting of cost variances

  • Provide regular financial business reports of common financial KPI’s.

  • Carries out ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations.

  • Monitoring development of balance sheet assets and liabilities.

  • Participate in regular factory performance meetings

  • Closely cooperate with factory technical lead and team leaders for production, planning, R&D and quality

  • Regular factory and R&D performance meetings with HQ

  • Perform monthly, quarterly and year end closing

  • Operational tasks includes review of employees settlements, handling of vendor and customer tax bill sheets.


What do I need to qualify?

  • Educational background in Finance or Accounting with relevant degree

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the areas of financial accounting, production accounting, budgeting, controlling and reporting.   

  • Advanced experience with SAP: FI, CO, MM and PP modules

  • Microsoft Office: Advanced for Excel and PowerPoint

  • Effective communication and influencing skills to work in cooperation with teams/ departments internationally/complex business

  • Proven experience on delivering timely and accurate results.

  • Fluent in Korean Language (mother tongue level) and strong English ability

  • Legally allowed to work in South Korea

  • Siemens matters - always thinks for Siemens as a whole and wants to optimize outcomes and solutions with the customer in mind


What will be the Employment condition?

  • Start to work : As soon as possible

  • Contract type : Permanent

  • Korean Title & Salary level : applicable to internal rules & guideline

  • Working location : Gunha-ri, Wolgot-myeon, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea
