This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a QC Microbiology Laboratory Technician 2, you will be responsible for

 

 

This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers.  Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience includes:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sciences

  • 1-3 years experience in the Microbiology field

 

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Sampling and testing of air, water and surfaces for microbiological, particulate and TOC (total organic carbon) quality in manufacturing and laboratory settings

  • Bioburden testing of reagents manufactured on-site

  • Identification of non-conforming product or out of limit/specification samples, notification of appropriate parties through documented procedures

  • Supports Investigations and performs organism identifications using PCR techniques

  • Participates in revision of documents and projects as assigned

  • Work in compliance with GMP, USP, ISO, QSR and all applicable safety and universal precautions standards

  • Ability to be a strong team contributor while having the ability to complete projects independently with attention to detail

  • Strong communications skills (written and oral)

  • Strong Aseptic technique understanding required

  • Ability to take initiative promoting continuous improvement and teamwork

  • Comfortable training Microbiology Technician I positions
