Job Profile :
Requirements analysis and development of the system functional specification
Create and own functional requirements with sufficient clarity and detail. 
Support Product Owner and other members of feature/agile team in development of user stories and UI prototypes.
As Risk Engineer be responsible for maintaining system level risk documentation and participate in risk meetings
Discuss and brainstorm product backlog with product managers, Product Owners,  clinical experts, service engineers and other stakeholders.
Establish traceability between system function specifications and its source requirements
Develop project specific requirements management plans and prepare the requirements management environment (e.g. CaliberRM).
Support in development of system architecture in collaboration with the SW architecture team
Collaborate with development team in clarifying and explaining product requirements. Support the realization process to ensure proper requirements implementation. This includes but is not limited to requirement clarifications, design reviews etc.
Evaluate test results and provide recommendations for project decisions
Support test team during Integration Testing
Participate in Change Control Board (CCB) and coordinate change requests and defect reports
Analyze project ideas and proposals for feasibility and impact on existing commitments
Generate novel ideas for product and attempt to file the same for Patents after due diligence with evaluator and keeping the feasibility and business impact in mind.
Support in customer visits.

Desired Qualification and Experience:
Experience or working knowledge of angiography and/or hemodynamics and/or electrophysiology domain is desirable
Experience with user interface design.
Good understanding of SDLC process. Experience working in a Agile based development process.
Desirable: Medical domain knowledge (DICOM, HL7 etc)
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in an English-speaking international workplace (USA, Germany, & India).
Strong, analytic and decision-making skills
Positive attitude and responsible. Ownership mindset
Ability to organize, track and account for tangible deliverables.
Ability to effectively work autonomously and/or with a team
Ability to influence and convince others
Ability to work as an individual contributor
Occasional domestic and international travel required.
