Job Description

Area Sales Director, Central Asia:


  • Developing annual sales plans, strategies and tactics in the assigned territory to enhance competitive position and meet customer needs
  • Partnering with various area business leaders to develop sales plans
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Executing regional sales plans to meet the objectives of the company
  • Recruiting, directing and developing sales team within the assigned territory
  • Providing regular updates to the plan to the upper management
  • Providing overall management of assigned sales area



· Higher Education

  • Proven sales management experience, meeting or exceeding targets

          ·  Previous experience as a sales head

·  Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

·  Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

·  Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

·  Proven ability to position products against competitors

·    Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills

·  Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Fluent English and Russian
