This is an Industry-specific role within the Zone Campaign Planning & Management team. You will be accountable and responsible for creating and managing marketing planning whilst supporting the revenue targets of the zone in relation of the Automotive &Transportation Industry.
You will have strong marketing programme/project management experience and along with related marketing execution experience in the assigned scope of work. The role requires the ability to work with minimal supervision and you will have complete responsibility over the industry plan in line with the overall company strategy.
As a Campaign Planning & Management team member, you will be responsible for:
Contribution to and support of direct & indirect target market definitions and go-to-market strategies
Creation and maintenance of a zone-wide marketing plan to support the overall zone and the specific business goals, in alignment with Country/Region Integrated Country Plans and with the corporate guidelines
Fiscal planning of assigned industry budget
Tracking at Zone level of Industry program budget spend vs. plan.
Development and planning of demand creation campaigns while working with the country/region/zone marketing leader and the relevant sales leaders.
Objectives in relation to lead generation and pipeline contribution.
The alignment of global marketing campaigns and guidelines with zone Industry goals, local sales goals and tracking of associated metrics to identify marketing return on investment and plan adjustments.
Awareness activities, including: press relations, media schedules, opinion leadership, social media plans, and executive engagements.
Involvement and contribution to all customer community activities including annual user conferences, customer facing communication and industry forums.
Customer reference programs within the assigned Industry.
The communication of Industry enablement materials and specific marketing activities to the country management team, as well as the direct and indirect sales forces.
This position requires you to have both marketing and sales knowledge with strong planning, analytical, execution and communication skills. Knowledge of market, specific domain experience and the enthusiasm to communicate our vision to the market while supporting our sales team is essential.
The minimum requirements for this role are:
Marketing qualification, degree (preferred) or equivalent on-the-job experience
Proven marketing experience in the B2B software industry, specific domain experience is preferred
Strong knowledge of the industrial software market
Strong project management and collaboration skills
Ability to work and deliver to a deadline with high quality work
Ability to lead by example and when required to work with others and build consensus based decisions
Fluency in English is a must
Good knowledge and understanding of the automotive & transportation Industry
