The ACUSON Freestyle is the world’s first wireless ultrasound system. It was developed by our team in Plymouth Meeting, PA while we were a startup company. Freestyle was developed from the ground up by our team of experts specifically for interventional procedure guidance. Our team continues to develop wireless ultrasound solutions and other advanced technologies within Siemens Healthineers’ worldwide engineering team. While we now have the resources of a large multinational corporation, our small company atmosphere remains.
