Material Support 3
This position resides in the Customer Care Center Operations groups and is for a Materials Support 3 to support the Order Administration team. Key contacts are customers, Field Service Engineers, Tech Support Engineers, Customer Care Center, Parts Return, Customer Service Material Logistics, and XPO Logistics.
The position is responsible for responding to incoming inquiries and/or requests regarding medical equipment spare part, tool, and radioactive source order requests. The candidate will need to be successful at responding to incoming inquires and request regarding orders from internal and external customers, investigating and resolving semi-complex problems, tracking and expediting orders as needed.
Candidate must be a quick learner, well organized and attentive to detail. Also, must have an unwavering commitment to customer support and the ability to work as part of a team. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will be customer and results oriented, and a self-starter. Must resourceful, analytical, and adept at making decisions and multi-tasking during fast-paced and stressful situations. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, interact favorably with others and skilled at maintaining positive relationships while working to resolve problems. Strong computer skills also required. Must be willing to be flexible and cover other shifts during times of staff shortages.
Hours: Monday through Friday 08:30 am-5:30 pm
