We need to be aware of what happens around the world that may affect our way of doing business. This job consists of handling various tasks within export control. When you work with us you will encounter several processes around our company such as sales, construction, purchasing, production, logistics, HR, IT and so on.

The challenge

In this position you will be a part of a small department that is called Finance Governance. In our department we are responsible for Compliance, Internal Control and Export Control.

In the role as an Export Control Professional you will manage questions relating to Swedish-, EU and US regulation regarding export control (i.e. sanctions).

Main tasks;

  • Manage and coordinate ECC approvals regarding offers and delivery (GLORIA)
  • Manage and release orders and deliveries in SAP
  • Quality management of ECC-data
  • upport SIT employees in classification of products in regard to regulation for export control
  • Manage and perform control of internal processes (MONA)
  • Training/education of the business
  • Provide qualitative support to the business in ECC matters
  • Support in internal and external audits

Who are you?

We are looking for You – that may have previous experience from Export Control and have a good knowledge of our products. It is valuable (but not a requirement) if you have a technical background and/or knowledge of the company's logistic processes (Purchasing, order handling, delivery and freight forwarding). A healthy interest of internal processes, governance and digitalizing of processes is appreciated.

Since we are a governance- and a control function it is important to withhold high ethical standard in all we do. You are well structured, able to work independently and your communication skills are good in both Swedish and in English. You have a good ability in ensuring an optimal service level towards your counterparts and you are cooperative in the sense that you are willing to support the business as well as to participate in the departments planning and take ownership based on that.

We expect that you have at least 3-5 years’ work life experience and/or a university degree (or equivalent) within technology, logistics, business administration, project management or equivalent
