This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Project Management Specialist 2 on Control System Improvement team, you will be responsible for: 

  • Leading, planning, scheduling, tracking and monitoring implementation activities associated with the improvements made. 

  • Working closely with other supporting organizations in order to successfully implement improved standardization and control system methods and materials to ensure timelines and goals are achieved.

     

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • BS in Medical Technology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry

  • Four plus years’ industry experience in a regulated environment 

  • Mid-level project management skills with focus on running cross-functional project teams

  • Working knowledge of design control and change control processes   

  • Ability to function in a changing, high-impact position, with deadline and resource constraints

  • Demonstrated effective written and oral communications skills

  • Positive attitude and ability to develop effective relationships with all levels of organization

  • Ability to coordinate across disciplines

  • Occasional travel required
