Mentor Emulation Division is looking for a highly motivated AI/ML expert to help define, promote and deploy verification and validation methodology for deep learning using hardware emulators and prototypes. You will be part of the world-wide team working with emulation solutions developing methodologies for pre and post silicon validation, verification and software bring-up of ML SoC and accelerators. You will be focused on driving the product by working with end customers as well as the R&D teams including defining and managing the product road map.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Own, define and manage the product road map for Emulation solutions targeted towards verification and validation of deep learning accelerator designs for different vertical market
Drive Emulation solutions at various customers using hands-on technical expertise. This will include working directly with customers to ensure technical results are met.
Leverage domain knowledge and expertise to build and improve customer relationships and ensure long term customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales team in a focused strategy to expand our business into the vertical
Provide feedback and product ideas to our emulation product development teams.
Develop and deliver technical presentations/trainings on new features and product updates.
Write and evangelize white papers and conference presentations
Communicate customers' technical requirements to product marketing.
Develop a network of technical relationships at a peer-to-peer level with our customers.
Domestic and international travel is required (20%)
Deep knowledge of hardware architecture and verification and validation challenges – specifically for SoCs targeted towards machine learning
5+ years’ experience in hardware verification and validation methodologies
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms for computer vision and image/video processing and deep learning networks (CNN, RNN)
Excellent communication skills
Experience with hardware emulators or FPGA prototyping is a plus
Bachelors in EE/CS with 10+ years of experience or Masters in EE/CS with 5+ years of relevant experience
