Service Group Lead (f/m/d) for procurement specific IT solutions

  • Overall E2E responsible towards IT Solutions and applications for indirect and strategic procurement as well as procurement reporting including their operations to meet and exceed customer expectation using ITIL framework and guidelines
  • Manage, lead and own IT applications and enhancements 
  • Budget and forecast responsibility as well as management for all services (more than 60.000 users) within the service group 
  • Contract and provider management for externally managed services 
  • Stakeholder management towards business partners  
  • Responsible for service group specific resource management. Provision of advice and decisions on any aspect of acquiring resources, including employees, consultants and contractors
  • The service group lead serves as point of escalation for issues originating from the services provided and as coach for the service owners

Use your skills to move the world forward.
  • Successfully completed university degree in Information Technology or similar
  • Longterm relevant working experience in project execution and/or leading IT Services over the complete software lifecycle
  • Ability to manage global IT solutions and related business management circles with multiple years of experience
  • Multiple years of experience in contract and SLA management
  • Professional in provider management in order to establish a trustful collaboration with partners
  • Experienced in budget planning and controlling as well as driving productivity initiatives
  • Track record of managing multiple stakeholders in a heterogenous environment  
  • Driving and creating RfX (in collaboration with IT procurement) for new topics (e.g. new platform solutions) and assessment of requirements (technical & commercial)
  • Expert know how or experience in any of these fields is considered as plus: FDA, ISEC, ICFR, QM, SAP (SRM, MM, SD, S/4HANA), domain know how in the area of procurement processes
