Join Siemens Smart Infrastructure within our Regional Solutions and Services business unit as a Project Manager that has arisen as a result of growth within our business.
As the Project Manager you will have experience of delivering multiple technology packages (Lighting, Building Management Systems, Integrated Security Systems, Electrical Installations, Fire Safety Systems, Integrated Building Control Systems, various Energy Management solutions) and delivering project solutions within industrial or utilities environments or high spec commercial office space.
A brief scope of this role and where your expertise is required (but not limited to):
- Leading commercial and contractual matters both upwards with commercial teams and downwards through our own subcontract supply chain.
- Ensure delays, disruptions, and scope change are communicated up and down in accordance with contracted clauses, contract times for acceptance, and all other contract employer requirements.
- Leading the development of the project programme in relation to project milestones and critical path deadlines while ensuring all relevant parties have regular updates and are informed and that all possible risks are mitigated throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project quality, compliance to specifications throughout the delivery lifecycle from design, design freeze, installation/construction, commissioning, handover, acceptance.
You will be fully responsible for monthly reporting on a portfolio of projects, including:
Forecasting of financial performance, Forecast Accuracy, Progress, Profit and loss, Change Management up and down the contractual chain, Quality, H&S, Risks, Opportunities, Issue management, support required. Part of your financial responsibility will include ensuring return on investment is managed and costs of project remain within agreed costs/budget to meet return on investment forecasts to our customers.

Location & Travel:
These opportunities are to be based at our Frimley office. Travel will be required therefore a company car forms part of the package on offer. Travel may include overnight stays.
