Job Description:

-  Responsible for the company-wide end-to-end talent acquisition process for the positions up to managerial level independently, including but not limited to,

implementing recruiting strategy, job advertising, interviewing, candidate identification and selection, and job offering

-  Provide advice to hiring managers on talent acquisition matters

-  Perform dual role function as HR advisor for assigned business unit in delivering professional advice and solutions to managers and employees on resourcing,

development, performance management, employee relations, etc. and accountable for the talent management cycle, from induction and integration to exit process

-  Support in HR projects as required


- Proven work experience as a professional recruiter (preferred at least 3 years’ in-house recruiter).

- Strong communication and influencing skills

- Able to prioritize various tasks and collaborate with teams

- Good command of both written and spoken English
