Business Developer, Nordic Siemens Financial Services 

Siemens Financial Services is in strong growth and faces exciting challenges. We are now looking for a Business Developer to lead strategy and digitalization projects in the Nordics.

What are my responsibilities?

You will be responsible for leading strategy and digitalization projects across SFS Nordics. You will conduct planning, budgeting, risk identification and management, controlling and reporting activities, throughout all stages of the project assigned. You will also be responsible for allocating project resources (internal and external). Furthermore, you will give strategic, operational and organizational recommendations for business development in general and digitalization in particular.  

You will work closely with the Nordic executive team members, SFS global project teams, IT department and external partners. 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

As a person you are driven and motivated by achievement of targets and results, with the “can do attitude”.  We expect you to have demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Min. 3 years of experience of project management and experience of consulting is preferable.
  • Extensive experience delivering business development projects. 
  • Strong understanding of IT and digitalization processes and the workflow between the departments.
  • Ability to analyze existing processes and drive changes.
  • Excellent English language skills is required.
