Nordic Sales Excellence Manager, Siemens Financial Services 

Siemens Financial Services is in strong growth and faces exciting challenges. We are now looking for a Nordic Sales Excellence Manager to strengthen our organization in a completely new role.

What are my responsibilities?

You will support and advise the sales organization, business development and the SFS Nordic Management in sales excellence related topics and processes. You will be responsible for defining and ensuring implementation of strategy, guidelines and procedures related to sales excellence. You will work with setting up, coordinating and ensuring implementation of comprehensive sales improvement programs in line with overall sales excellence strategy and targets for the assigned organizational unit. 

Furthermore, you will work closely with our finance department and sales ensuring cross functional implementation of sales excellence approaches and drives best practice transfer and lessons learned.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

As a person you are driven and motivated by achievement of targets and results, with the “can do attitude”. Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills are also important to succeed in this role.  We expect you to have strong ability to analyze financial data, draw conclusions and drive changes.

  • Min. 5 years of experience from example analyst, controller project manager or consulting roles. 
  • University / Bachelor or similar degree
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent English language skills is required
