Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Marketing Support Imaging Install Base. 

The Marketing Professional support role will work within the Installed Base Development (IBD) group consisting of our Refurbished Systems and Options and Upgrades Businesses.  This role is vital in driving our marketing initiatives within the IBD business as well as a strong support function for our business director and business development specialists.

Key responsibilities will include driving business marketing efforts with our product management team, sales and marketing communications.  Creating and managing our education plan for our Asset Management Executives and our core business team. Support and back up with our Trade Desk and Asset Planning Sessions programs.  Sales support for regional specific topics will be a key responsibility as well.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

-          Highly analytical, organized, strategic thinking

-          Creative with marketing approaches and ideas

-          Strong sales support background

-          Decision-making ability with strong result-orientation and execution capabilities

-          Excellent project and people management skills

-          Excellent communication skills

-          Strong and quick executing PowerPoint skills

-          Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate meetings and articulate complex concepts

-          Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem solving

-          Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment

-          Knowledge of healthcare and medical device markets

-          Ability to travel domestically

Education required:

-bachelor’s in business administration in Marketing, Business Informatics (B.S. or M.S.) or Communications

Technical skills:

-Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)

-Experience in processing, mining, and analyzing data

-Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and SQL a plus

Direction of Others:

Provides general guidance or train support and/or professional staff.

Key Working Relationships:

Primarily intra-organizational contacts and external contacts.
