Manage, hire, train team of Material Logistic Professionals for the execution of New Unit and Service projects
Participate in New Unit and Repowering Project Handover meetings
Participate repowering/replacement Service Project Handover meetings
Collaborate with team on the transportation language of the project TSA
Develop/maintain transportation project schedule
Lead weekly project status meetings and address concerns/issues
Provide transportation information to develop monthly HSE scorecard
Review with MLS project specific transportation Logistic Plans
Review and finalize project specific financial scorecards each month with Logistic team
Develop reporting of KPI Actuals and Forecasts
Participate/lead monthly NA committee meeting with Spain
Work closely with other internal departments to assure project success
Collaborate monthly with transportation engineer on HSE (Altaire/Sphera) incidents pertaining to transportation
Participate daily transportation calls for project delivery status
Coordinate meeting with Transportation Planning Team to transition from Execution to Implementation
Interface with external customers on project related transportation issues
Strong work ethic, accountability and follow-through
In-depth knowledge of logistics operational processes and logistic planning
Strong financial skills
Previous experience working with wind component movement
Must be flexible to move between project tasks on very short notice to meet internal/external customer requests
Strong organizational skills to support multiple projects and personnel, if needed
Ability to work in a team setting and collaborate in a fast pace environment
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, especially using multiple worksheets within a single workbook
Bilingual in English and Spanish, but not required
Bachelor’s* degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience within Logistics (SCM)
