Job Description

Purpose of the Job:

Professionals who would work with Govt. Authorities as well as Private operators. On govt front the person would be working with relevant authorities for advocating successful Public Private Partnership (PPP) with right technical and commercial terms in the RFQs. On the other hand person would devise complete strategy of the PPP , play in the given region which would entail forging partnerships with clinical partners or operators, financiers and other stakeholders. The person would coordinate with various functions within company to execute the deals. 

Responsibilities :

PPP expert is responsible for following:
Putting in place all the pieces together for  winning a PPP deals and attaining leadership position in this expanding space. To develop this line of business and build team of experts .

He/ She would coordinate with internal stakeholders for their participation and forging various partnerships with external partners with pre-defined roles and responsibilities as per the agreed strategy 

He/ She would also create right PPP ecosystem by advocating govt. decision makers at state and center level, ensuring team work at execution and leadership level.

Key Competencies:

PPP Framework : Complete knowledge of in house establishment of outsourced services in radiology, cardiology right from strategy, design to operations.

Clinical Solutions Knowledge : Preferred knowledge of Diagnostics services specially of MRI, CT, Cath Lab, USG Technologies and its operations.

Advocacy : Well versed with Govt. machinery for effective advocacy on the subject


Tender management: Understanding of complete tender processes

Contract management : Understanding contract components and dependencies; and managing external contracts with the help of internal legal team.

Financial management: Well versed with financing, making business models, forging various types of partnerships and SPVs if needed.

Commercial skills: Negotiating business associates for selling our technology

Business acumen: Business awareness and ability to identify new opportunities

Team work: Proven track record to work well with diverse team across various level of the organization

Minimum Qualification :

The person should have minimum 6-10 years of experience in sales preferably in healthcare. Experience in dealing with govt customer specially at bureaucracy level would be added advantage. The person should be having good hand in excel , power-point etc.

Should be able to understand the technology along with clinical outcomes. Should be a graduate (Science) background  however, B-Tech with MBA  having consutancy experience of big fours would be preferred .
