Your new role

·        You are a Sales expert for LST Modernisation & Upgrades Business in SPG sub segment

·        You are responsible for creating new sales opportunities for modernization

·        You Should be able to clearly separate out the requirements for customer in Boiler, Turbine, Generator and C&I Scope

·        You are a great teammate and also expected to establish quick relationships with customers and partners

·        You will define division of responsibilities for various modernization projects with internal as well as external partners

·        You will coordinate with various partner such as head quarter/ regional management/ factory/ partners

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds

·        You are B.E/B Tech (Mechanical), additional qualification of Business Management (MBA) will be preferred

·        You carry around 10 years Sales & Marketing experience in Utility Power Sector in India/abroad.

·        You have experience of 4-5 years in Engineering department

·        You have deeper understanding of modernization market and complete installed fleet in India, tendering process, bid preparation, commercial T&C’s, legal requirements

·        You have strong understanding of value that is brought by Modernization of units to customers – Value Marketing, Life cycle costing

·        You have detailed understanding of Siemens steam turbine modernization portfolio for fleet installed in India
