Customer Service Sales Manager, Finland & Baltic

We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Manager, Distribution Systems and Digital Grid, Finland & Baltic. 
This is a key development opportunity for a sales and service business professional with market knowledge of Power Distribution and Transmission.

The Distribution Systems and Digital Grid Business Units offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets and through all sales channels. We provide reliable power distribution grids of today while investing into our Future Grids portfolio to create the power distribution grid of the future.
Our comprehensive portfolio meets the growing technical requirements of today’s and tomorrow’s power grid. Based on modular platform concepts all our systems are individually customized to meet customer specifications. With global competence we provide integrated solutions – from early consultancy via engineering to project management and all the way to installation & commissioning. Our broad service offering ranges from field service to consulting and training.

What are my responsibilities?

You will be responsible for regional Customer Services business and sales execution of Service Business in Finland and Baltics. This will include managing daily service business and taking part in sales activities including opportunity generation/identification, lead management, clarification of customer requirements, pricing, contract negotiation and handover to delivery.  You will organize and execute marketing and communication related activities such as customer presentations, presentations at trade fairs, internal and external workshops.

You will report to Head of Customer Service, Nordic & Baltic.

Your background

You have Technical/Engineering educational background (e.g. Electrical/Mechanical/Power Engineering). You have experience in either sales, customer relationship management or-, service business and strong knowledge of the power distribution and transmission markets in the Nordic or in similar function and/or business area. Experience of CRM in project execution phase is highly recommended. 

You are driven and motivated to collaborate with customers seeking best possible business solutions. You have ability to influence and think “out of the box”. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English is required, other Nordic or Baltic languages are considered as an advantage. This opportunity requires travel in Finland and possibly in Baltic & Nordic countries, including also overnight stays.
