Territory Sales Manager,NCR

Job Description

Job brief : We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to expand our customer base & Geography for Solution Sales in the Delhi / NCR.

Responsibilities : Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives, Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth, Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition, Develop Formidable sales Force with Strong Technological drive in the area of Safety / Security / Digitalization / IoT / Sustainability 

Requirements : Shown work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role, Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators, Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team, Excellent interpersonal skills, Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.

Qualification: BE Computers / Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics , MBA-Marketing

Min 10+ Years of Experience in Sales, Business Development & Marketing

IT / IoT / Digitalization Know how
