Your tasks and responsibilities:
1. Perform installations, reinstallations, of all products within his/her area of expertise and assisting with start-ups or other products under supervision
2. Communicating and accept all operative advices from the Customer Care Center.
3. Supporting the SERVOR Service process and ensure optimal performance in all process activities related to within his/her area of responsibility
4. Escalate technical incidents to Regional technical manager(RTM) and Customer Care Center(CCC) with timely feedback
5. Report any customer complaints with proper documentation to Customer Service Manager(CSM)
6. Ensure the proper use of tool & test equipment and report the usage on any related service report.
7. Comply to national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare
8. Focus and maintain highest customer satisfaction, in particular within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services
9. All responsibilities and jobs must be performed as cost-effectively as possible, taking profitability into account
10. Preventive maintenance(PM) support and manpower supporting for on site service
11. First onsite room checking and final checking for reinstallation project
Your qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor degree and above with major in Bioengineering/Electric/Electroics/Machinery
2. At least 2 years’ experience within medical installation
3. Basic command of English for international training & service and installation documentation
4. IT and networking skills
5. Positive attitude, hard-working, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure
6. Willing to business trip
