Experienced Project Manager to support NYC Demand Flow Team.
Assists Zone sales and operations in the development, procurement and execution of Demand Flow Projects. Performs DF project development, including job walks, estimates, Chalk Talk analysis, proposal development, project scope, subcontractor scope(third party controls, electrical & mechanical), DF presentations and DF project start up and implementation. Assists sales in identification and qualification of potential Demand Flow projects.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience

Project Management Experience in the following areas; Supporting the development of project/program plan. Supporting the delivery of semi-complex project or program. Experience Participating in project/program management activities (defining scheduling, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource management activities). Experience Participating in technical review of system design and documentation. Participates in continuous improvement activities.
Building Commissioning experience in the following areas: Commissioning of semi-complex building systems, especially in the areas of HVAC systems and building automation/controls. Experience commissioning laboratory environments a plus. Ability to provide thorough commissioning and customer turn-over documentation a must.
Preference given to Candidate with Chiller Plant operations experience in the following areas: Repair, maintenance, trouble shooting, programming, start up and commissioning of centrifugal and screw chillers.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related field. 2 years experience in Engineering; 4-7years energy experience.
Engineering experience with Energy experience developing or supporting performance based projects and/or energy services. Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification, Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) Certification, and/or state certification as a PE/EIT in MD a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong public speaking skills desired.

* Excellent verbal and written communication and customer relation skills.
* Individual must possess a valid Driver’s license in good standing
* Individual must be at least 21 years of age in order to participate in the required Siemens vehicle plan
