Service Engineer Fire Alarm System Account Management.
Manages Fire Alarm and Sprinklers service agreements with full P&L responsibility.
Manages the delivery of service agreements, ensuring financial
Performance and customer satisfaction. Works directly with customers
to develop Trusted Advisor relationships, and recommends services
and solutions to help them achieve better business results and expand
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage assigned service agreement accounts, driving
to a financial target, outstanding customer satisfaction, and
Retention. In conjunction with Sales, develops an overall account
strategies to achieve the customers’ business goals,
Manage and maintain scheduling of Sites Fire Alarm and Sprinklers inspections
Maintain and update internal inspections schedule Spreadsheet
Works directly with customers to develop comprehensive,
integrated service programs across all BT disciplines.
Manages the overall service contract delivery, ensuring customer
expectations met, and issues resolved in a timely, effective manner.
Work with the customer to create Inspection and Maintenance schedule, Finalizes with Client Service Administrators to create Maintenance Plan.
Maintained accurate Maintenance Plan for Service Agreement.
Set-up, all Service Agreement within the Siemens Customer Portal, Work with the customer that they continue usage of the portal.
Follow up with Service Coordinator and all open Service calls and update the customer.
Reconciles and generates Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually meetings minutes for the customer
Identifies customer needs and makes recommendations, upgrades, migration, or T&M work.
Works independently with minimal supervision
Fire Client Service Engineer – required; NICET II
Experience in fire & sprinkler systems
Provides technical service to customer Fire Safety systems including technical support
Perform troubleshooting and database programming on the Customer Fire Alarm Systems.
Good verbal and written communication skills,
Skilled in the PC applications for word processing and spreadsheet programs
4 – 6 years of experience Project Management in building a Technology Industry
