What are my responsibilities?
a. Develop OEM customers in east region, Shanghai as the center in it, target customers are: Chiller, AHU, IDC AC, marine AC manufacturers etc.
- Learn China east region market size, and with clear business development plan by making short term and long term target.
- Identify target customer group in China east region, make analysis for customer business development, potential, and pick out key customers to be developed.
o Deep learn customers’ application feature, own product and competitors’ strengths and weakness, work out suited solution including product e.g. controller, valve, sensor etc. and control application.
b. Customer management and further development
o Learn and get acquaintance with related functional department contacts, maintain good customer relationship.
o Learn customer business and R&D development plan to expand business, deep cooperate with customer.
o Keep align and cooperate with HQ (in Switzerland) KAM for global key account.
- Implement company BA and financial policy, managing customer orders
- Learn and execute company’s commercial and financial policy strictly, process as well.
o Regular update business forecast, yearly, quarterly, monthly.
o Imitate and track customer orders execution.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
*Bachelor or above degree
*More than 5 year’s working experience in HVAC field;
*Major in Refrigeration & Air-conditioning or Automation
*Fluent in English
*Chiller plant or HVAC related working experience is preferred
*Understand refrigeration and HVAC principle
