Formulate and implement FS Beyond business plan
Enable collaboration of BU, Sales Region and BSCE resources
Keep contact to key customers, partners and improve customer satisfaction
Grow FS market share in China through vertical focus and geographical reach
Leverage X-BU collaboration and best practice sharing to enhance market coverage
Identify and adevelop new business opportunities together with BSCE
Develop strong team in Regions and BU and improve sales productivity
Develop strategy specific initiative related KPIs, e.g Vertical, Channel or Product specific
Improve forecast quality
Other related tasks assigned by superior
How do I need to qualify for this role?
min. 10 years working experience in Fire Safety relevant industries;
Working experience with international companies or colleagues
Sales team or BU function management experience
Strong business breakthrough capability.
Good communication skills (external and internal).
Fire safety alarm and extinguishing knowledge,
Product and market knowledge,
Commercial Knowledge,
