What are my job responsibilities?
• Intense contact with Key Partners – Key users, Business management, customer and product owners
• Develops and aligns IT product vision, strategy and IT product details with the Business
• Ensures availability, alignment and clarity of IT product vision, strategy and IT product details
• Represents or aligns the Product Owner(s)
• Owner of the product backlog, define scope, prioritization and roadmap including release requirements for new products/services
• Accepts the delivered product increments
• Driving innovation with customer for Siemens
How can I qualify for the role?
• Must have 2 - 3 year(s) experience as a Product Owner/Product Owner Proxy or similar position
• Business and IT process Know How
• Leadership skills, output orientated, value oriented and user satisfaction driven, assertiveness, visionary, driver, analytical, negotiation skills, holistic view
• Business/provider relationship management soft skills (Stakeholder management, customer
centric, conflict management, leadership and challenger)
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Good in SAP knowledge (Finance / Logistics)
• Good knowledge of agile process
• Strong team player
• Attention to details
