Job Description

What are my job description?

  • Provides administrative support to the Team in developing various projects
  • To provide support to Team for meeting arrangement and travel arrangement
  • Maintain and update the project records and prepare project documents
  • To reply queries to internal customer and resolve problem
  • Prepare training equipment
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned by the superior

How can I qualify for the role?
  • Bachelor's degree with proven relevant office administration experience (at least 3 years)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good in presentation skills
  • Must be IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Have good time management skill and could multi-tasking
  • A good team player
  • Familiarity with booking flights, handling travel documents requirements
