What part will you play ?
You assist the CEO and the CFO of Siemens Energy France on a daily basis and you serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external contacts (HQ, ministerial offices, various partners ...).
This includes traditional support such as scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements (France and Europe), prioritizing and running the calendar etc.
You support the preparation and communication of meetings through data collection, preparation and analysis in close collaboration with the teams.
This position is based in Saint-Denis (93), from January 2020.
Regular trips are planned in France and abroad.
What you need to make real what matters?
- Perfect English level, both spoken and written. German is a plus.
- Good French level, or the the ability to learn it quickly.
- Great interpersonal skills, listening and great sense of service
