Responsibilities and Duties

Establishes the foundation for customer’s overall service and digital 
experience. This position focuses on Account Management, iBase 
Administration and Maintenance Planning

Account Management: 

• Verifies data entered into Contract Characteristics. 
• Reviews service work orders / inspections reports for 
deficiencies and generates proposals.   
• Works with multiple internal service team members including 
Service Sales, iBase Administrator, Client Service Manager, 
Service Coordinators, Renewal Coordinator, Onsite Specialists 
and in AM Digital Service.  
• Serves as main customer contact for assigned Agreements. 
• Fulfills service contract obligations for execution and manages 
financial performance of the Service Agreements. 
• Escalates customer issues to assigned Client Service Manager 
and / or Operations Manager / Supervisor.

General Requirements: 

• Technical school or Associates degree (2 year) preferred, 
although a combination of education (High School or GED 
required) and experience will also be considered. 
• Knowledge and experience in SAP or other 
maintenance & planning tools preferred. 
• Knowledgeable in business processes, standard practices, 
tools, and financial systems within branch Service operations. 
• Overall understanding of building management systems and 
products in automation, fire detection and security applications 
are preferred.  
• Experience working within a team environment. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs. 
• Ability to use Siemens technology and devices. 
• Ability to work remotely. 
• Develops relationships at all levels within the customer’s 
organization and exhibits strong customer service skills. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.
