Specialist for e-Onboarding (Prague or Ostrava)

The e-Onboarding Team supports worldwide Siemens locations in their effort to establish EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) connection between them and their suppliers. Thanks to this solution, Siemens suppliers can exchange orders and invoices electronically.


What will you do?

  • help suppliers to register in web platforms of Siemens EDI providers
  • stay in close contact with suppliers performing calls, assist in case of questions and problems
  • support Siemens buyers within the whole supplier implementation process in case of questions and escalations
  • regular reporting of the process progress to management and Siemens customers
  • ad-hoc analyses, involvement in ad-hoc tasks and projects

Your skills:

  • standard MS Office knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • German Language (B2 or higher) required, English is an advantage
  • good communication skills
  • secondary / university education
