Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

·       Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about Motion Control and its digital offering

·       Deploy successful marketing campaigns for MC China and own their implementation from ideation to execution

·       Develop new and creative marketing and communication strategies, campaigns and other measures (360 degree marketing and communications approach) for MC‘s digital offerings (MTS, GMC, LVM) in China

·       Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

·       Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications team in Motion Control Headquarter

·       Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

·       Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

·       Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

·       Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

·       Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

What do I need to apply for this job?

·       Bachelor Degree or above  in marketing or a related field 

·       At least 8 years work experience in marketing related work

·       Demonstrable experience in marketing and / or communications together with the potential and attitude required to learn

·       Experience in planning and realizing of customer projects (e.g. trade fairs, events )

·       Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

·       Demonstrable experience in developing and managing online and social media campaigns SEO/SEM

·       Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

·       Solid knowledge in online communications (e.g. websites, website analytics and tools) and / or strong motivation to learn the relevant Siemens online and social media tools

·       Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, communications and measurement

·       Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
