Position Overview
We are looking for someone to work in the Office of CTO to help productize, maintain, and create algorithms with a strong focus on indoor location. This person should be familiar with tools and processes for developing software. Knowledge of C/C++ is a plus. Strong math skills are required. Longer term growth includes being the lead for one of the location products and/or developing more IP.
 
The right candidate will be exposed to an end to end IoT platform including embedded devices, wireless networks and cloud technologies
 
What you will be doing:
·       Productize, design, develop and support high quality algorithm products
·       Performs peer code reviews as part of everyday workflow.
·       Comfortable with rapid development cycles, tight schedules, tight integration with QA and product management

Foster engineering’s best practices for the development of high-quality products
Contributes ideas for continually improving the team's productivity, job enjoyment, and code quality
Required Skills and Education
·       Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
·       Minimum 0-5 years’ experience
·       Strong math skills
·       Strong Programming Skills
·       Firmware development is a plus
·       Good knowledge of programming processes.
·       Excellent troubleshooting skills
·       Experience working with modern development & integration tool suites
·       Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a very innovative and fast paced environment.
·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in technical communications.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels
