What are my responsibilities?

Strong involvement into the bidding phase of projects following the PM@Healthineers process

Full responsibility for project execution and operations including site visits

Successful hand over of projects to customer by meeting time, budget and quality requirements

Analyze and assess project risks and opportunities. Develop and implement mitigation and growth plans

Ensure smooth execution and operations within contractual requirements and ensure customer satisfaction

Establish a services delivery excellence culture and apply internal and external guidelines and regulations

Develop and maintain excellent relationship with customers and stakeholder to become their trusted partner

What do I need to qualify for this job?

3+ years of project management experience

Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.

Expertise in Siemens Healthineers products desirable but not compulsory

Certified Project Manager is preferred

Excellent customer-facing skills both in a project implementation and project operations situation

Expert in managing a very diverse set of stakeholders and keep them engaged

Ability to competently plan and organize in order to achieve short and longer-term objectives.

The ability to successfully handle critical and non-distinctive situations and challenges

Well developed Interpersonal skills

Effective written and verbal Romanian communication skills

Good understanding of medical Romanian market
