Responsibilities:


• Follow up purchase order from customers and create orders in the system
• Handling project administrative works, such as preparation of documents, filing, binding, etc.
• Providing overall clerical and administrative support including office supplies, inventory control, photocopying, etc
• Managing daily correspondence and communication flows with both external and internal contacts independently and tactfully
• Arranging internal meetings, external appointments, Team Building events and travel itineraries
• Logistics arrangement for goods receive and delivery including store arrangement with forwarder and customer
• Handling document transfer by physical or electronic means, such as arrange courier delivery, submission of documents through E-tender or Electronic document transfer system as required by customers
• Providing any ad hoc site administrative supported as required


Requirements:


Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

• Form 7 or above with administrative studies
• Minimum 2 years’ administrative function experience in large-scale project environment, preferably gained from sizeable organizations or multinational corporations
• Team player with strong sense of responsibility & self-initiative
• Well organized and quality orientation
• Able to work independently and willing to work overtime
• Proficient in using MS office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and possesses Chinese processing skill, SAP knowledge is preferable
• Good command of written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
