  1. Handling multiple customer- Service support 2. Good communication skill- Written and verbal 3. Must have knowledge of FAS, CCTV, ACS, BMS and responsible for Service Business targets and lead the team of service engineers, technicians and helpers. He is also responsible for forecasting, planning, and delivering financials such as orders, revenue and collection.
