Head of Location Management

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

People management (if applicable), organization, development of the GS SRE LMU
Customer relationship management (predominantly internal) and contact partner for real estate related topics within the LMU
Realization of the LMU real estate strategy in coordination with GS SRE AMU
Management of the LMU real estate portfolio according to GS SRE standards & processes & budget 
Sourcing of RE related services as well as steering and controlling of suppliers 
Support of the R-HQ business lines, e.g: Building Solutions (BS), Maintenance & Tenant Improvement (MTI), Transaction Management and External Renting 
Ensure Legal ownership representation to local authorities and total adherence to local statutory regulation and local laws
Regular reporting to and close cooperation & communication with GS SRE AMU

Required Competencies:
Advanced management skills and expertise
Knowledge of Siemens business, organization, process & internal customer requirements
Knowledge of real estate market of the area within the LMU as well as mechanism & tasks
Knowledge in multiple corporate real estate disciplines, e.g: Asset management, property management, facility management, procurement of real estate services & legal aspects
Basic knowledge in business administration
Strong customer orientation
Good communication skills & social competency 
Academic degree in engineering or other advance real estate related technical degree preferred 
Several years of professional experience with responsibility in RE functions
Advance English language skills required, additionally local country language proffered
