Responsibility

·         Maintain/update sales market database system and support on strategic report generation.;

·         Organize event/ outing/ seminar /business meeting, support on executive meetings, etc. Prepare, participate (when necessary) and follow up business meetings as required, responsible for meeting minutes, translations, follow-ups, etc.;

·         Follow closely on customer news, notice and associated information, generate periodical newsletter;

·         Travel arrangement for managers, dept. car arrangement, mail sending/receipt 

·         Assist department to deal with daily administration and file management 

·         Other office support to managers and team member 

  

Requirements

·         Bachelor's Degree in 985/211 program listed universities, oversea experience is a plus;

·         1~3 year relevant experience preferred;

·         Proficient in Spoken & Written English;

·         Good command of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.) and regular working tools;

·         Strong interpersonal, communication  skills and great sense of responsibility and integrity;

·         Professional sense of proper presence and manner in daily work and towards customers;

·         Pro-active, enthusiastic, solution-oriented with business perspective;

·         Both a team-player and independent worker;

·         Flexible to fluctuating workload.
