Sales Specialist Power Generation

Job Description

For our Power Generation Services Division in Milan we are looking for a qualified Sales Specialist. The candidate, reporting to the Head of Sales Controls and Digitalization, will be responsible for the sales activities of projects and service for named customers within the Power Generation
market.

What will you manage?

Develop relationships with named customers, looking for new opportunities, presenting Controls and Digitalization solutions and service for power generation;

Have responsibility on order entry and margins on named customers;

Promote new actions on the market to increase Siemens market share;

Individuate new business segments and niche market;

Manage opportunities and offers for national and international markets;

Present the best technical and commercial solution and negotiate contracts;
Support project execution and service teams during contracts implementation.

Who are we looking for?

A candidate with the following features:

At least 3 years of experience as sales with Italian end customers or EPC;

Proven knowledge of Distributed Control Systems market dynamics and competitors;

Degree or Master Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Physics engineering or technical diploma;

Proven goal orientation and customer initiative, autonomy and ability to work in team;

Capability to involve all the company functions to prepare a competitive offer in respect of company rules;

Selling and negotiation skills;

Deep knowledge of customer investments life cycle processes;
Good English and italian command;

Experience in CRM and Office tools;

Available to travel in Italy and abroad.
