The successful candidate will be responsible for plans and executes sales targets and activities in a specified region for the railway, road and traffic portfolio in order to increase sales with potential customers and to achieve defined commercial targets. The responsibilities also include:
Analyzes market conditions and builds a sound strategy on project acquisition.
Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning.
Develop opportunities from product and service portfolio.
Prepares customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network.
Taking lead on tender preparation and bidding works.
Prepares, coordinates, and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal management / other involved professionals and management.
Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
Contributes to the development of After-Market business in the region.
Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:
- Relevant Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 3 years managerial experience
Experience with intelligent traffic system or rail system is highly preferred
Solid experience in per-sales works and tendering works
Able to consistently meeting deadline and be organized
Excellent command of written & spoken Chinese and English is required
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
