What will you do?
- Manage a product portfolio and the execution of service contracts by ensuring financial performance and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with clients to become their trusted advisor. Recommend services and solutions to help them achieve better business results and increase our offering.
- Project Manager for the assigned service contracts accounts with one or more services / disciplines, for example, automation, fire, safety and energy, aimed at achieving financial goals as well as customer satisfaction and exceptional customer loyalty
- In conjunction with the Sales department, develop comprehensive account strategies to meet clients' business goals by leveraging the entire product portfolio and services in the division
- Manage all the steps involved in the execution of service contracts, including the work schedule, ensuring that customers' expectations are met and problems are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Work directly with clients to develop integrated and comprehensive service programs for all building technology sectors
- Finalize maintenance plans for service contracts with customers
- Conduct quality assurance activities and support renewal processes
- Generate service summary reports and reconcile them for meetings with customers
- Identify customer needs and make priority recommendations for additions, upgrades, and escalations related to service contracts
- College diploma in Building Mechanics, or other relevant technical field
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field, an asset
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the Building Technologies industry: automation, fire and safety or any other relevant field
- Knowledge of engineering and programming, preferably
- Excellent organizational skills and strong project management skills
- MS Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel); SAP, an asset
- Very good knowledge of French (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Valid driver's license
