Signaling Technical Support Staff for International Projects

We are looking for a Technical Support for Railway Signaling International Service projects within our Customer Service department.

The position required is focus on support technically international Railway mainenance projects. Some of the  Projects considered are Meca-Medina High Speed Line (Saudi Arabia), Ankara- Konya HSL and Marmaray (Turkey) between others. It includes both Main Line, but also Mass Transit projects (High Speed Train Lines, Commuter Rail, Metro, Tramway ...).

Some of the Systems considered are:

- Signals: LED, Alphanumeric, fixed
- Point Machines and End Position Detectors
- Track Vacancy Detection Systems (Axle Counters, Track Circuits)
- Train Protection Systems: ASFA, ETCS (L1 & L2)
- Technical Buildings: Civil Works, Plumbing, Electrical circuit, Air  Conditined, Fire Fighting...
- Interlocking and auxiliar modules
- Auxiliar Detectors: Cross Wind detectors, Fallen  Vehicles Detectors, Snow Detectors, Impact Detectors, Hot Box Detectors...
- Communications: GSM-R, Telecommunications, 
- Videosurveillance: CCTV and Access Control.
- Centralized Control Centre

The job position includes following main tasks:

- Incidences distribution and cause-remedy analysis. Decrease the a amount of incidences and mitigate possible traffic affection
- Improvement proposals
- Follow-up and supervision of First Line of Maintenance works and performance (on shore team)
- Interface with Digital Services to digitalize and promote Bid Data analysis.
- On site attendance
- Maintenance and Support Documentation creation and review
- Periodical meetings with Local teams
- Mobilization and teams capability
- Training

It is required proactive participation in multicultural projects in different regions, so the requirements to apply are:

- Language: Spanish and English Fluent 
- Availability to travel
- Driving License
- Electronical Engineer / Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering

The selected candidate will be pass a training period which includes on the job training joining projects on site.
