This is a newly created role, reflecting the successfully growing environment the selected candidate will be joining! The role will report to the Senior Director of Global HR Information Systems.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES (to name just a few):
You will lead the operational support of processes core to the smooth-running and maintenance of accurate employee data in our HRIS (current and new);
With providing administrative oversight of HR processes and programs, you will ensure consistent adoption of guidelines and practices by managers and employees;
Perform analysis and identification of areas needing improvement related to these HR policies and processes, including employee lifecycle transactions, data maintenance, etc.;
Provide advice and direction to your direct staff and support career growth;
Act as subject matter guide for future HRIS (Workday systems) – be the go-to resource for the team and broader HR community at the “tier 1” support level; advance systems issues requiring “tier 2” support.
YOUR SUCCESS FACTORS:
You are an experienced HR professional, particularly in the HR operations environment and have multiple years working in a managerial role. Your innate ability to lead teams to success while streamlining and improving processes gets you juiced. You're a data junkie and can handle systems challenges eagerly and head-on. Your Workday knowledge and experiences is much more than basic and you have a broad understanding of multiple aspects of core HR functions - synchronization with recruitment, onboarding, data entry and maintenance, compliance and EEOC data requirements, reporting and data structures. You strive for collaboration, partnership and are committed to helping create an environment of mutual respect and professionalism.
