This position will report to the Field Service Manager in charge of
Motion Control Machine Tool Field Service. Equipment knowledge to include the
majority of the following; Sinumerik, Simodrive, Simatic PLC’s, various
communications protocols and Siemens HMI
•Performs complex trouble
shooting, problem analysis and product specific service
•Performs complex maintenance
on tools, test equipment, etc., and completes documents of all inspections,
maintenance and repair work, and failures.
•Knowledge of 5-axis machining technology preferred. Specific Siemens
product experience in SINUMERIK and SIMODRIVE, especially 840D and

•Adept at field service, troubleshooting and commissioning activities for
Siemens Sinumerik CNC’s in manufacturing facilities.
