We are searching for an experienced Product Manager with a strong track record in the IT / Industrial field to promote the Industrial Communication & Identification portfolio of the company (Industrial Networking, Wireless, Cybersecurity & RFID, OID, RTLS).
The successful candidate has to demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to the assigned business segment and a passion for delivering high-quality Automation and Digitalization solutions to the end customers.
What are my responsibilities?
•Leads generation in targeted vertical markets (especially Electric Power, Oil&Gas, Transportation, Mining)
•Work closely with the Sales Managers in all aspects to drive and promote the portfolio
•Develop and deliver sales presentations to decision-makers on C-Level and Technical management level
•Assistance in the management and maintenance of RFP/RFI responses
•Involvement in proposal development and order process
•Development of sales initiatives for the alternative internal sales force and partner channel, propose the right product or solution offering based on application needs;
•Support/run all direct and partner promotions and training in the territory within the scope of the product responsibility to facilitate sales target achievement;
•Coordinate and control product certification and relative documentation localization;
•Manage continuous feedback from customers and prospects to marketing, engineering, and sales
What do I need to qualify for this job?
•Master’s degree in IT, Telecom or equivalent field of study
•At least 3-5 years of successful sales experience
•At least 3-5 years of successful experience in Verticals (Energy, Transportation, Mining)
•Knowledge and understanding of network/security issues and solutions
•Strong self-motivated person with a natural focus on customer needs
•Perfect communication and negotiation skills
•Self-starter, highly motivated and able to work productively with minimal guidance
•English language (at least upper-intermediate), Fluent Russian is a must
