Sourcing Process Services
Support suppliers completely fulfill various requirement of Siemens procurement.
Ensure timely and smooth communication with all internal team and local buyer about procurement topics, like eSourcing, contract management etc,.
Record and follow up in each service tracking tool.
Familiar with Siemens procurement tools.
Other tasks assigned by team leader or manager.
What do I need to qualify for this position?
Bachelor degree or above, knowledge and Interest in procurement operating; procurement related experience is preferred.
Be responsible and customer oriented, have ownership mindset.
High working efficiency and able to work under pressure during peak season.
Fluent Chinese and English in Reading & Writing, good communication skills.
Skillful in MS software, such as PPT, Word, Excel, SAP operating experience is preferred.
