As a Senior Embedded Software Developer you will be a part of our development team and shape the digital future at Siemens with us.

In your role, you will do be responsible for the definition of software architectures for complex embedded systems in the field of autonomous driving. You will design and develop software for embedded automotive hardware, you will analyze and optimize existing software solutions.

Education and Training background:

  • BSc/MSc in informatics, electronics, computer science or equivalent experience.

  • C++ programming expert (5 + years’ experience). Knowledge in C++ 11 or 14.

  • Python programming skills.

  • Machine Learning or Computer Vision background.

  • Familiarity with ROS, OpenCV,PCL.

  • Definition of software architectures for complex embedded systems in the field of autonomous driving

You should have previous experience in

  • Embedded systems.

  • RTOS.

  • Continuous integration and TDD.

  • ISO26262 certified systems it equivalent.

Personal competencies

  • Good problem solving skills.

  • Fluency in English.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Development software supporting Linux OS.

  • Test of software and integration into software platform.

  • Participate in multi- site development.
